Dr. Andy Ziller appointed Chief Medical Officer at Rose Medical Center

Rose Medical Center is pleased to announce today the appointment of Dr. Andy Ziller as Chief Medical Officer (CMO). As CMO, Dr. Ziller will be part of the Rose Executive Team and will be responsible for ensuring that the medical staff maintains the highest quality of care for patients at Rose, a 275 staffed-bed hospital that has served the healthcare needs of the Denver community for more than 60 years.

Dr. Ziller has been practicing medicine in the Emergency Department at Rose Medical Center for more than 20 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University, his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed residencies at Boston City Hospital and Denver Health. Dr. Ziller is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine, and he served as the president of the Rose Medical Staff from 2011- 2012.

“We have been so fortunate to have Dr. Ziller as a part of the Rose medical staff for so long and as the leader of our medical staff for the past two years,” said Kenneth Feiler,  President & CEO at Rose. “He has a passion for quality care and patient satisfaction, and I believe with Dr. Ziller’s assistance as CMO, we will continue to push the boundaries of what a great hospital can be.”

Dr. Ziller was recognized as a “Peak Performer” at the Rocky Mountain Hospital Medicine Symposium and has also been named a “Top Doc” by 5280 Magazine. In addition to be a longstanding medical staff member at the hospital, he is also a Rose Baby.
